2.Examples of Insights for Design
- Focus on the top of the funnel, insight is the logic of the application
- Inspired by a great problem, not by the result. Focus on the logic behind the problem and find a new way of thinking.
- Observe the potential demand behind the user behaviour
- If the user’s accidental behaviour is found, new strategies can be obtained through research
- Design information should be concise and focused and convey clear content
